About the Artist:
Robin came to Palm Springs 15 years ago from Los Angeles. She has a degree in Visual Merchandising from Brooks College for Women and pursued a career as
Display Director of the Broadway Department Stores and the Pottery Barn. Robin later became an Allstate Insurance Agent where she achieved much success and
progressed to a financial planning career.
After arriving in the desert with her husband Kevin, the two entrepreneurs started an exceptional taxi and transportation business, ClassiCab, which
premiered with the desert's first London Taxi Limousine. Robin went on to be a charter board member of the Coachella Valley Taxi Owners Association. She
calls herself a "taxi activist" and spent much time creating a better environment for her industry, including changing city ordinances and fighting for the
small business causes.
Robin has also been a jewelry designer for more than 30 years and has been a featured designer at local shows and retail establishments. Her jewelry has
been spotlighted at El Paseo Fashion Week. Robin has studied with several excellent teachers in the field of psychic development and healing. She has given
readings with pendulums and automatic writing and is thrilled to combine her love of jewelry making to create one of a kind pendulums using beautiful
gemstones that speak to you. She feels that if you are using something as personal as a pendulum to help you make good decisions that you should love your
pendulum! And for those of us that are fashionistas... your pendulum should be fabulous!
