About the Artist:
Taking a different path than most artists, Perry studied Mechanical Engineering at Oregon State University and graduated in 2001. During his time in
college he enjoyed Escher and Dali images as desktop backgrounds but still didn't know that he really wanted to be an artist. His experience with
simulation programming gave him a mathematics background for later understanding chaos theory and fractals. It wasn't until 2003 that he bought his first
digital camera, a 3-megapixel Canon Powershot, and started taking photos with a passion. Today, he sells postcards in Palm Springs stores and sets up art
shows for a gallery. In his spare time he climbs mountains, runs trails, and enjoys experimenting with musical instruments.
